The contractor who installed my system told me that there are 2 reasons why the PEA would take legal actions against houses that install PV Solar: 1. Money related - grid tie system that feeds excess electricity back into the grid can actually reverse the meter rotation which means instead of you paying the PEA, the PEA is the owing you money!
