About Cell Balancing
What is the maximum, recommended delta that the Overkill 120A BMS balancer can balance? For instance, my 4S, 272 Ahr battery has been setting at a low SOC (~25%) for some time. I''ve started charging at a low rate (5 Amps). The Overkill App is set to start balancing at 3400 mV and with a Delta of 15 mV. My cells are getting near the 3400.

If that situation exists, I doubt the JBD BMS sold by Overkill Solar will have enough balance current to correct the issue. re-doing the top balance or bleeding off that high cell with a resistor might be a better option. As others have stated, there can be risk that you will cause the pack to become unbalanced if balancing during discharge
