Set device priority so that Zappi is #1 and Eddi is #2. Your myenergi system should then behave as you wish. Note that the Eddi may consume the available surplus before there is enough for the Zappi. The Zappi needs a minimum of 1.4kW for single phase and 4.2kW for three phase.

New zappi v2 forum
Come on guys, its a great unit but you can do better than this. I think the unit is great but the manual supplied for the Update process must be for the Zappi 1 as it bore no relation to the switches on the Zappi 2. I did download the latest firmware to the Hub as instructed and found the bootloader menu in the Advanced options on the Zappi.
Zappi charging rate
This remains the same if we charge in the middle of the day. We put our neighbours EV onto the zappi and the charging rate is still 3.6 kWh. The car is capable of being able to charge at 7.7 kW. We have searched for information but can''t find out how to see if the zappi is set to charge at 7.7 kilowatt hours or lower? any advice gratefully

Hi I wondered if you are working with Octopus energy to enable the Intellegent octpus service to work with Zappi chargers. I am guessing they are working on only allowing the car to charge in off peak time, and so need additional information to make this happening.

My Zappi
The skill is called My Zappi and you can find it in the Alexa skill store. I copied the serial number of my Zappi from my Myenergi Product screen and pasted it to the Amazon screen followed by the API Key. The Amazon screen would not accept what I had just copied over, so I generated another API key and tried again.

You should try to get the Zappi v2.1 with Lan/wlan. then the HUB is integrated in the Zappi and you only have to bring the lan with a powerline adapter to the zappi. The only challenge that remains is the Harvi for the ct. This is necessary for the timers! the Harvi is still connected to the zappi at 868mHz. See also here: Communications-Principles
